Relish Tray: Starbucks Sesame Noodle Bistro Box

relish: verb. to delight in something that satisfies one’s tastes, inclinations, or desires.

worth the $7

This weekend, after a mad dash around the city running errands with the Omnivore, I stepped to the street headed for work only to realized that I was famished. Just minutes before I was due to be in apron, I ducked into Starbucks and grabbed one of the new, infamously vegan sesame noodle bistro boxes:

At just under $7 [in Chicago anyway], it wasn’t quite as filling as I’d hoped, but boy was it delicious! With noodles tossed in peanut dressing, cooling veggies, marinated tofu, and a piece of dark chocolate for dessert, this box had all of my cravings covered. Granted, I prefer a sit down meal when there’s time, but it’s good to know Starbucks finally offers something besides a soy latte to curb my on-the-go vegan hunger.
